At Norlax, we specialise in smoked and marinated salmon and smoked trout, which we offer in many different variants.
Cold and hot smoked
We produce both cold and hot smoked fish using the most accurate equipment. For cold smoked fish, it’s important to allow enough time for the smoke to flavour the fish adequately. Appropriate smoke time will give the fish a pronounced and complex taste and texture, as opposed to the mild flavours and soft texture of hot smoked fish.
