The main products in the Norlax range are smoked Norwegian salmon, trout, Canadian wild salmon and Greenland halibut. They’re available in many different varieties and portions – a selection that reflects the needs of our various customers. One of our strengths lies in knowing the needs of the catering sector and retail, and the requirements of other food producers who use our products.

Norlax relies mainly on fresh prime ingredients. In other words, the fish we use are freshly caught and processed immediately.
